Eforsair services aéroportuaires

Measure how Eforsair improves team performance across all airport services.

It provides teams with a clear, shared view of daily priorities, streamlines communication, and enables faster response to unexpected events. It also delivers real added value in task organisation and resource allocation.

Eforsair service SSLIA

Fault reporting

Rescue and firefighting equipment management

At an airport, every minute counts. The Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Service (ARFF) must ensure that all equipment is always operational. When a fault is detected during an inspection—such as a leak, a warning light, or a defective piece of equipment—action must be taken immediately, with no loss of information. The team leader reports the anomaly in the Eforsair logbook, optionally adds a photo, and specifies the level of criticality. The incident is forwarded to the maintenance team and tracked in real time until it is resolved and the equipment is put back into service if needed.

  Key benefit:

A centralised record of all technical failures optimises equipment availability while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.

Eforsair service Opérations

Alert level notifications

Interdepartmental communication management

In an airport environment, coordination between departments is crucial. The Operations department must be able to react instantly to any critical situation, whether it involves security threats, technical issues, or heightened vigilance. When a heightened protection level is activated, the order is logged in Eforsair’s digital logbook and automatically relayed to the security and ARFF teams. Each service can immediately adjust its procedures to protect people and infrastructure.

  Key benefit:

Critical instructions are shared in real time across all relevant services. All actions are timestamped and can be accessed at any time, particularly for audits.

Eforsair service Maintenance

Monitoring of technical interventions

Fleet equipment management
Behind the scenes, equipment availability is essential to ensure smooth and safe airport operations. The Maintenance department must be able to detect faults quickly, schedule interventions, and track progress without delay. If an issue is detected on a vehicle or tool, the incident is recorded directly from the field in Eforsair. Maintenance schedules the intervention, performs the repair, and closes the intervention—with every step visible and updated in the digital logbook.
  Key benefit:

A complete, seamless fault-resolution workflow with no lost information or duplication. Collected data helps improve reliability and optimise equipment fleet management.

Eforsair service Sécurité & Conformité

Recording of rounds

Regulatory inspection management
In airport security, the frequency and rigor of regulatory checks are essential for maintaining safe and fluid operations. Every inspection must be precisely documented. During a security round, the Security Officer performs siren tests. The result—whether a fault or a “nothing to report” status—is systematically logged in Eforsair: exact time of the check, agent identity, and specific area inspected.
  Key benefit:

Electronic traceability of all checks not only proves compliance with regulatory standards but also simplifies audit processes.
