Dashboard management

The global dashboard provides a comprehensive view of airside operations across the airport—or even multiple airports within the same group simultaneously. Teams enter data in the form of customisable reports, and the system automatically records them in the logbook to ensure traceability and reliability. A dashboard specific to each module allow users to view relevant information, which is stored in databases dedicated to each department.

  Key indicators

The dashboard displays the various modules as key indicators on the dashboard, with colour coding to highlight priorities or system issues. These indicators provide a real-time view of operations. The display is fully customisable: based on their role, users may enable or disable modules, and even create additional ones to meet specific needs.

  Logbook

All actions, interventions, and faults are recorded in real time within the digital operations log. Each entry or update is timestamped, traceable, and easily accessible—simplifying daily operational monitoring and enabling the generation of statistics for audits or activity reports. An integrated search bar as well as filters allow for targeted queries. In addition, entries can be printed or exported.

Equipement management

Departments can list all their equipment with the required inspections and meter readings, and indicate whether or not they are available. The system records the full history of assignments, maintenance, and regulatory deadlines. It automatically generates alerts to anticipate renewal or inspection needs and to maintain equipment compliance and availability for operations.

  Inventory & inspections

Customisable checklists can be configured for recurring equipment inspections. Once set up, users receive automatic reminders for required checks. Any malfunction can be logged as an fault or as part of a Mandatory Occurrence Report (MOR), ensuring complete documentation and rigorous follow-up.

  Rounds

Rounds are easy to schedule with a framework for completion: equipment is geolocated within a designated area, and teams follow checklists to ensure thorough inspections and to report any fault. Reports are generated automatically, and information is transmitted instantly.

  Fault reporting

Users can record an anomaly in just a few clicks, especially during inspections. It can be assigned internally or to an external contractor and is tracked until resolved, ensuring full traceability. A dedicated counter on the dashboard provides a clear, real-time view of all anomalies—whether newly reported, in progress, or resolved.

  Consumables stocks

Stock entries and withdrawals are recorded and documented with precision. Expiry dates and minimum stock thresholds are tracked to monitor replenishment, with automatic alerts generated when needed. This flow management and automatic inventory updates ensure continuous resource availability and help prevent stock shortages.

Tasks are assigned based on each person’s skills, providing immediate visibility into activities and available resources.   Shifts and on-call duties

Digital management of shifts and on-call duties provides daily tracking of schedules and available staff. Each team member validates their start of duty to be assigned to a specific vehicle and/or task. Statistical reports automatically include all information recorded on a daily basis.

 

  Notifications & periodic reports

Every entry in the logbook—whether it is a fault, an expired document expiration, a wildlife hazard mission, or a new runway condition report—can result in a customisable email being sent out to one or multiple recipients. These notifications ensure targeted distribution of essential information, either instantly or through daily or weekly summaries.

  Operational instructions

Instructions can be issued to one or several team members. They may be configured with no time limit or a specific deadline, require acknowledgment and/or completion, and even block the interface until they are addressed. The sender can track progress in real time and issue reminders if needed to ensure strict compliance.

  Training & skills tracking

Training managers have full visibility over qualifications and the progress of staff training. They can validate sessions individually to ensure compliance. Uncompleted sessions trigger automatic email alerts, enabling proactive follow-up and timely reminders to maintain the required skill level within the team.
